About me
I was born in Perth in 1989 and built a construction business turning over more than $20 million a year. Behind the scenes, I was battling addiction. By 2022 I had lost my marriage and my business, and I was declared bankrupt.
That became my turning point. I got help, studied psychology and, in 2024, founded Six Seasons Recovery, a rehabilitation and mental health retreat in the South West of WA. Now I use my experiences to help people who are struggling to rebuild their lives.

My journey
The key chapters of my journey so far.
Oldest of three boys, raised on sport and surf. Studied Commerce at UWA.
Ran restaurants, built and sold a bookkeeping firm, then grew a $20M construction company.
Addiction, intensive care, the end of my marriage, liquidation and bankruptcy.
Rehab, mindfulness training in Bali and returning to study psychology.
Founded Six Seasons Recovery in the South West of WA with Hayley.
Engaged to Hayley, dad to Hugo and Louie, studying Psychology Honours.
Six Seasons Recovery
In 2024, my fiancée Hayley and I moved to the South West of Western Australia and founded Six Seasons Recovery, a private rehabilitation and mental health retreat. Our first guest arrived in May 2024.
Six Seasons represents the lessons I have learned, the mistakes I have made and my belief that other people deserve the chance to change their lives too. I don't just want people to recover. I want them to thrive.

What I believe
If someone is honest with themselves, takes responsibility and puts in the work, I will always want to see them succeed.
Your past can explain where you have been, but it should never dictate where you are going.
Honesty, consistency, the right support and a willingness to face the hard things. Every single day.
The goal is not just to recover. It is to thrive, excel and get everything you can out of life.
Speaking
I speak openly about my experiences: business success, addiction, losing everything and the long road back. My goal is to inspire, give hope and show that real change is possible.
What I talk about
Getting back up when everything falls apart
An honest, lived-experience view of change
Lessons from building and losing a $20M company
Building a life that is worth living
Life today
Today I'm engaged to Hayley and dad to two beautiful boys, Hugo and Louie, with Hayley's daughter Miley soon to be my stepdaughter. We also have two much-loved fur babies, Sol and Kegs (affectionately known as Keg on Legs).
You'll find me at the gym, in a sauna or an ice bath, watching the Western Bulldogs or the cricket, or planning the next trip to Bali. I'm also studying Psychology Honours at the University of Adelaide.
